You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: Birthday Parties, Church Festivals, Charity Events, Corporate Events, Company Picnics, School Field Days, Grand Openings, Family Reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, Summer Camps, and much more!

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Our delivery fee is variable based on our distance from our location in Lincoln, CA. For customers within 25 miles there is no fee. For areas outside the 25 miles the delivery fee is a flat rate and only charged once per order. You could rent our entire inventory and only pay that one delivery fee! Our customers renting multiple inflatables find that using this pricing structure we beat most competitor’s prices for larger events. For distances further than 50 miles, please call us. 

Currently due to insurance requirements our delivery staff must handle all setup of inflatables.

We are always happy to fit in last minute requests. However contacting us as early as possible will ensure we have availability and the equipment you want for your event.

For Holiday weeks of Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, etc. we recommend booking several months in advance.

Yes, our deposit is $50 per event paid via a credit card. Balances can be paid via cash to the delivery staff, Venmo or credit card payment via your online contract. 

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned & sanitized on a regular basis. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. We also regularly deep clean, pressure wash our equipment to have the cleanest equipment we can. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment.  

Yes, we have a General Liability policy in place. We are approved to rent in many of the local parks & school systems in the area. In fact were 1 of only 2 approved vendors allowed for bookings at Lincoln parks. 

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY: Should the customer decide to cancel the reservation, 14 days notice must be given or the deposit will be forfeited. The customer may reschedule the event for reasons other than inclement weather (see weather policy below) with a 24 -hour notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the event may incur a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling subject to inventory availability.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
In the case of inclement weather, reschedule request notice must be submitted (emailed or called) by 5pm the day before the event . Your deposit can be used towards another event within 1 year of the original event date. Rescheduling requests after 5pm the day the event may forfeit your deposit.
5 Star Bouncers defines inclement weather as, and reserves the right to request rescheduling under these circumstances that may make the rental unsafe for you and our equipment:

• A forecast of significant rainfall during the rental period.
• A forecast of greater than 15mph winds.
• A forecast of below 40 degrees at any point during the rental period (including setup and pickup windows).
